Flat-bed rotary printing machine (with hollow rollers)
This machine is used for large and medium of fabric amounts for medium-good quality fabrics.
The machine employs an endless conveyor belt made of resin-coated rubber on
which the piece of fabric adheres, after passing through a spreader and a warp straightening unit controlled by photocells .
The printing stations are arranged along the whole length of the conveyor belt (min. 8, max 12-16 printing stations depending upon on the length of the printing table and the manufacturers need), on which are assembled the engraved rollers .
Plasma Treatment before this machine will increase production speed and qouality of priniting belong same printing colorant.
